On Saturday morning, Texas athletic director Chris Del Conte announced that the university would be parting ways with head coach Tom Herman after his fourth season with the Longhorns.
Alabama offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian is expected to be named the Longhorns’ new head coach, according to a report from 247 Sports.

Tom Herman out at Texas after four seasons, school announces. Four winning seasons, four bowl wins and a $15.4 million buyout during a pandemic not enough to save his job.

Tom Herman, Kevin Sumlin and Art Briles are out of work. Maybe UH is a place worth hanging around.

You don’t fire Tom Herman now unless you had a reason. Sure feels like Brian Kelly Wld make sense. Waited for Notre Dame to finish? No breaking news here just feels that way!
