Heavy police presence in west Bloomington, public asked to stay away - KSTP

There is a heavy police presence in West Bloomington Friday afternoon.

According to the Bloomington Police Department, police were called at 2:18 p.m. to assist the U.S. Marshall's North Star Fugitive Taskforce as they tried to pick up a person on a warrant. Shots had been fired by the time Bloomington police were called however they say they are not sure who fired the shots.
