MILAN, Ill. (KWQC) - There was a heavy police presence near the Steel Dam on the Rock River in Milan on Wednesday night.
A TV6 crew saw the police presence around 9 p.m. and got video of the scene.
A witness said a person’s kayak got stuck in the dam.
